The Song

Back blogging.

Finished applying for all the Unis yesterday... and now I've to go through a mini treasure hunt at home for my O lvl results slip and testimonial. Zzz. I'm literally hoping for the best already. I'm going somewhere!

Well, even though I still have another 2 more years... NS liability... but then again, who cares?

Emotions are flying, and I mean, SERIOUSLY.

Can't help thinking about some things here and there. Life has its ups and downs. Guess I'm just going through one of the down periods now. Can't change anything, well, it's life.

Got this from the LV ad. Found it very meaningful.

"What is a journey?
A journey is not a trip.
It's not a vacation.
It's a process. A discovery.
It's a process of self-discovery
A journey brings us face to face... with ourselves.
A journey shows us not only the world,
but how we fit in it.
Does the person create the journey
or does the journey create the person?
The journey is life itself.
Where will life take you?"

I know it seems really unrelated to LV, but well... got me wondering though... to the things we go through each day, moulding and shaping us. It's just like whether we allow circumstances to shape us, to dictate what and how we do things, or whether we change the circumstances to suit our needs.

Just watched 10,000BC earlier. Quite a good movie, but could have been better if they added more battle scenes... and what was it with the sabretooth tiger? 2 scenes and no more? Do some justice to the big kitty man...

One quote from the movie.

Interpreted it like this.

"Every man builds circles. Some men build circles around their families, some build circles that also include their brothers and sisters. But some men build circles that surround many people."

I guess it's all about the people whom you care for, and for whom you would be there for, to lead, and also to protect them as well...

I'm gonna stop here for now. Feeling totally sick.

By the way, here's another classic song... Sleeping Child by Michael Learns to Rock. Very very old song, but still good on its own. Enjoy.
